This hotel made my weekend! the staff were so friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were amazing, just what we needed for our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, right near all the best bars and restaurants. the apartment was spotless, and everything was so new. the view from our room really topped it off, what a beautiful sight!
There were a couple of small things that just took away from our experience. the curtains could have done with being thicker, as we were woken up too early by the sun.

The room looked great when I arrived, very clean, and well presented. The self-check-in system was awesome, with a detailed and understandable instruction sent by email. The location was perfect, with the Kazimierz quarter nearby. I enjoyed opening the windows completely and taking in the view. Everything was in very good condition, with a modern design and great taste. I also appreciated the friendly desk staff who spoke good English.
There were a few minor things that could be improved, such as a squeaky bathroom door that stuck a bit and a broken lamp with just a hanging bulb. The proximity to the railway resulted in some noise.
